College of Health and Human Development

The Center collaborates with local schools, parks and recreation centers to organize educational events that bring together grade school children, their families, and CSUN faculty and student specialists for fun, recreation and play. Groups explore the nature of play and its effect on lifestyle, health and interpersonal dynamics. Learning techniques strengthen caring, communication, problem solving and negotiation.

This center is within the Department of Recreation and Tourism Management.
